Service Description
Mastering the fundamentals of hitting! Date: Sunday, June 1st Time: 4pm - 6pm Age Group: (Girls) 12 - 18 High rep, fast paced repetition creates the learning environment you need to step up your offense. We will spend 10 mins going over each of the attacking keys below! Arm Mechanics (on the ground) Approach work Tracking the ball Having a strong load leg Double arm lift Step close to the ball Accelerating into the jump Timing to contact at your high point Jumping as a part of your attack instead of jumping then attacking Arm mechanics (in the air)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings are final. We do not offer make-up sessions, credits, refunds, or reschedules for missed classes, late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows. Please make sure you can attend your selected session before booking. Sessions are limited in size, and your spot is reserved once registration is complete. Volitude Volleyball reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust a session due to low enrollment, facility conflicts, coach availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Volitude cancels a session, we will notify clients and provide an appropriate credit, transfer option, or refund when applicable.
