Terri Del Conte
Terri Del Conte brings 8 years of Division 1 Head Coaching experience where she led two programs to their first winning seasons in program history and a top 20 ranking. She brings 9 more years of experience as a personal trainer working with local clubs, multi-sport athletes, and parents.
As a player she earned 1st Team All-Conference at LBCC and Cerritos, which then lead her to a scholarship at Missouri State Volleyball. At Missouri State she was voted Team Captain, set the record for digs (973) by a two year player, and helped lead the team to a Conference Championship her senior year.
Professionally Terri played for the PVL Blizzard indoor team and AVP for beach volleyball. She’s also taken on USA NTDP coaching roles to develop aspiring Olympic potentials.
Terri’s focus goes beyond just winning games-she works to instill discipline, teamwork, and confidence that carry over into everyday life. She believes in creating a positive environment where athletes and coaches feel supported, challenged, and motivated to reach their goals. Her mission is to give back to the community that gave to her growing up.
