This program focuses on the essential skills needed to succeed on the court while also fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game. This all-in-one Academy will focus on: • Serving: Learn and perfect proper serving techniques, from float serves to jump serves, the foundation of every game. • Passing & Ball Control: Build confidence with accurate passing and ball control drills designed to maximize consistency and precision. • Setting & Hitting: Develop proper setting form and powerful hitting techniques to excel in offensive play. • Defense: Improve your reaction time, positioning, and digging skills to take your defensive game to the next level. • Game-Like Drills: Engage in dynamic drills that simulate real-game scenarios to help you seamlessly transition your skills to live play.
