📅 Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Ages: 10 - 18 🏐 Overview: This intensive, high-rep training camp is designed to elevate each athlete’s game by combining skill work, competitive drills, and strength & conditioning. Athletes will refine their fundamentals while also developing the physical attributes necessary for success on the court. 🔹 What to Expect: Skill Development: Athletes will improve their serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defensive positioning. Strength & Conditioning: Includes vertical jump training, agility drills, and core strengthening to enhance explosiveness, balance, and injury prevention. Game-Like Situations: Players will apply learned skills in controlled scrimmages to develop court awareness, communication, and strategy. Film Study (Select Days): Reviewing practice footage to break down individual and team performance, learning from both successes and mistakes. This camp is ideal for athletes looking to improve all-around volleyball skills while building strength and conditioning for in-season performance.
